What did you name your bumps on the inside?
for those who's bubs are born, do you still call them by their bump name?
Please share! I think Bump names are soo cute
Mine was our little potato because of the first scan photo, hence my username. We also called LO Rory before he was born even though we didn't know the gender.
Ours is "bubble" cause that's all I could see on our first scan When it was being naughty (giving me bleeds etc.) it was trouble bubble and now that I'm getting bigger, it's the popomatic bubble (you know, from the game trouble?).
We called ours Junebug because we didn't know the gender and I was due in June. We sometimes still call her that, but we probably wouldn't if she had been a boy.
Preston was called JuneBug, he was due June 18th....he was born May 31st but didn't come home from the NICU until June 15th so it still has special meaning to us, we still call him JuneBug a lot...Hayden calls him that 90% of the time, Preston only every once in awhile lol
I called mine Peanut, because my mom shrieked that when I handed her the first ultrasound picture (done 12 weeks! I was late to figure it out, lol) and that name has stuck.
I also would very lovingly refer to the bump as my "Inner Demon", because I was ravenous for a number of bizarre cravings, and food that I used to love, I couldn't touch because it made me so nauseated to even smell it. So when she's being naughty she's "the demon," but that one will go away once she starts talking..
We called him by name. He didn't really get a nickname till he was on the outside. Although before we knew the gender, we sometimes referred to him as spawnling or evil spawn.
Bam I should say it started as a name suggestion from his younger stepbrother, and it just stuck! Everyone calls him Bam, when introducing him to anyome Dh tells them Bam! I think I've heard Dh call him Nicholas once! lol
i was team yellow, but at all the scans she really struggled to get good pictures as he wouldn't keep still, and she said 'keep still, fidget' at the 12 week scan, and it stuck(hence my username)! he's still a wriggler now, so he's still fidget!
we were team yellow too. I was so sick with him that we ended up calling him "BUG" as every one kept asking if i was ok, (lost lots of weight) i kept telling them "i'm fine, its just a bug" at 13 weeks oh and i decided it was a boy (didn't want to find out but both were sure) so i started to call him "leo bug" but only when i was on my own.
