heya, ive been getting pains low down every 15 minutes, kind of like very strong period cramps with a really tight feeling. could this be contractions? there painful but not exactly making me double over yet. theyve been like it all day also, no change in pattern or strength, is that normal? (if its early labour) or should they have changed by now? ive also had spotting and alot of pink discharge since last night.
no idea what to do or whats going on! x x

also, the spotting may just be from a sweep yesterday although not sure if it should have gone on so long x
