Baked chicken with potatoes. I try to eat a variety of food and not unhealthy enough to feel good. I buy vitamins for the whole family from Canadian Pharmacy so that everyone has enough of the vitamins they need. My kids eat everything except vegetables, any suggestions on how to get them to eat it?

Roast beef dinner
Tuna and pasta
My men are having fish & chips, I am having left over beef stew.
Cheddar and onion quiche with broccoli
Steak and salt and pepper chips
Camembert and chilli quiche
That's funny cause I made quiche tonight (Lorraine) and tomorrow we're having chili.
Steak with salt and pepper chips and mixed baby leaf salad.
Last night we had leftover chili with rice and sourdough, tonight I have no clue. I won't be getting home until 6
We had sausage & mash.
