Whats going on?

Last week I had up here that I was nauseous and had diarreoha and thought this may be signs of labour, well lil miss hasn't come yet and those symptoms eased off. But here I am again with the same thing happening! She is very active and feels like she is gonna burst out through my stomach! I am 37+3 is she preparing or is this just what happens when you get closer to the end?

It can be both - preparing for labour can take the body weeks in some cases.
