I have strong cramping/soreness type of pain down low and to the right of where baby is at :nope: It hurts slightly when I'm walking, and LOTS when I cough or sneeze  It happened yesterday too when I woke up, but went away after some time. Today it has been constant!

She's been kicking me pretty hard these last few days, could I just be bruised and sore from kicking? I'm not even 23 weeks yet, I don't think she can be strong enough to make me sore? :dohh: What do you guys think? Should I call doc?

I think anytime something worries you, it's safe to call doc, just to be sure, but you're probably fine. I've been having these pains as well, and my doc says it's round ligament pain. Also, I was very fit and active so the stretched out muscles are very sensitive, especially when sneezing, coughing, laughing, (even trying to go to the restroom- sorry TMI.)

Yea, I thought that at first too... but most of my ligament pain is up by my belly button and around that area... who knows, I could be stretching further down low? Thanks for your response! :)

Ive had alot of pains really low down especially when I overdo it - not enough pain to call doctor, more like things stretching or something!

Had a nasty dream last night that I had a miscarrage due to this pain  wasnt worried before that but today I keep worrying and making sure I sit down whenever I can! Not sure how much is too much and how much is keeping me fit and healthy!

My ligament pain has been all over, but especially down low... and recently, and it sounds weird (?) but VERY low, if you know what I mean.

Sorry about your dream! :( I hate scary preggo dreams! I really hope its just stretching pains, but I can't help but feel like its really bruised or something??

I've been swimming lately, that seems to be a great workout! :)
