When can i expect to ovulatr?

So my period has arrived to today after being a week and a day late. I usually have a 30 day cycle, but now the big question is when am I going to O this cycle and when should I start using opks? Also is there any supplements I can take to increase my ewcm and help O on time.

I started geritol which has 26 essential vitamins in it including folic acid, zinc, and iron.

I would start using OPK around day 10...no later than day 12. You might end up using a lot if them...

I just asked a similar question. 30-32 day cycle... all I know is I had my period on 1/30 and started using the testing strips on 2/11 and still negative.
