As above really. I must admit that I have put a quilt over finn sometimes when he has been napping in our bed, and he always sleeps for aaaaaaages! Under normal circumstances he will only sleep for half hour max and ends up grotty for the whole day, but if i put a quilt over him he sleeps for ages and is in a great mood for the day  when is it actually "okay" to introduce one?

I think they recomend a year hun! My son sleeps with a blanket a cellular blanket the ones with little holes in. xx

It says not to use one till 12 months so i'd wait till hes a bit older. If it somehow got over his face he might struggle to get it off x

I wont be using one for Evie till she outgrows the largest sleeping bag lol! Otherwise she'd end up cold cos she's a little fidget bum :haha:

I have noticed Daisy sleeps longer if she is warmer  I wouldnt use a quilt just yet but dont know what to advise sorry :hugs: xxx

I've been using blankets and quilts since birth.

we have a quilt that is a family heirloom (well it was mine, then my niece and nephews) and I have been using it for a while. this is also with a sleeping bag! Tobi doesn't move in his sleep AT ALL, so I am not worried. besides, it is tucked in at the bottom, so he can't pull it up.

definatelt at least a yr old x grow/sleeping bags are excellent like fitted quilts :0) dolly wnt sleep without hers x

I use a blanket sometimes, I make sure its not on his face, and I havent had any problems.

My son who is 22 months still sleeps with blankets! sorry im no help!

My LO is the same when she sleeps in our bed in the mornings.
When the colder weather comes I will start using a grobag/sleeping bag as this has similar material. I think Lo's like the weight as they feel safe and secure. Find cellular blankets are not so heavy, mine always kicks hers off in the night. There are special weighted blankets you can get, I have considered getting one of these :D
