When did you first hear the heartbeat?

I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow and I have my first OB appointment after work. I am hoping to hear a heartbeat and hopfully see the little one for the first time! When did you first hear the heartbeat? I found out I was pregnant at only 3 weeks, so this has felt like an eternity coming!

Thanks! I think it's around this time, too... But it may only be detected through an ultrasound, vaginally, since it's so early.

I heard it at my 8w+1 appointment for the first time.

With past pg's, I've heard the heartbeat as early as 6 weeks 2 days! With this one, my first u/s was at 7w1d, and although I got to see the little heart beating away, I forgot to ask her to turn the volume up... so technically I haven't heard it yet.

I saw for the first time at 8.5 weeks with my daughter, and heard with a doppler at 10 weeks.
I heard the heartbeat with a doppler at 10.5 weeks this time.
