When did your MS end....need hope!

Hello to all you lovely ladies in the 2nd tri!

I am 11 wks pregnant and still suffering badly with constant MS. Can you tell me when you started to feel better and when your MS stopped as I need some hope to cling onto! Any replies much appreciated.

I had dreadful MS, morning, noon and night - lost nearly 2 stone in weight, (although not overly a bad thing as was a size 16-18)
Mine started at 5 weeks and stopped at 15-16weeks....completely except very occasionally when I brush my teeth.
Thought it would never stop, but it did, hope this gives you hope!!!

What have you tried so far?

I still get mine occasionally... Mainly first thing in the morning and last thing at night. But in general it started getting alot better around 12-13 weeks. But I'm still waiting for it to fade into the sunset haha. Maybe not the best person to try and give you hope but at least I tried

didn't want to read and run, but I never had MS, so I have no clue, I see a lot of women on here though that say when getting closer to 2nd trimester, it usually stops or eases off. hope that helps.

I know... it feels like it will NEVER go away, but it does.

Mmm...I just got sick this morning, right after eating breakfast. I usually only get sick about 1-2X a week now, though, but it is still happening to me.

I had it from 5 and a half weeks. I was sick for what was hopefully the last time a week ago on Fri at almost 13 weeks(ticker is a bit behind) I felt horrendous that day but since them have felt normal again and it's a big relief. I was worried mine wouldn;t go but it did so hopefully you've only got another couple of weeks or so

Not trying to be a downer, I really hope yours stops, but mine is still going on, not as frequently but Ive been sick the last two days this week, normally its just once a week.

Well i'm 20 weeks along and still get it atleast a few times a week, I hate it but atleast its not all day everyday like it was from the beginning through about 15 weeks.

around 22 weeks i ate my first meal since ms started at 5 weeks... still nauseous now but i can eat =)

I have it since 4 weeks. The vomiting has tailed off to a few times a week and I can eat now, but I still feel very nauseous most of the time

But hang in there it might not go but it DOES ease enough that you can eat!

25 weeks it was mostly gone, still sick in mornings though, and get nausea when I get hungry. Hope it goes for you soon!

Hang in there, I thought I'd never be rid of mine. I was sick pretty much straight after conception, and it only got worse... I had severe hyperemesis, and was sick constantly. Couldn't eat, couldn't sleep, couldn't shower... Was just awful to the point where I don't ever want to be pregnant again. Anyway, I was 16 weeks on Sunday, and I'm only throwing up as soon as I get out of bed. Feeling better throughout the day now, as long as I eat constantly and drink lots of water.

I tried just about everything. I was on maxolin for a while, it didn't help, I went off my prenatles, that did help, a lot actually. Uhmm I wore seasickness bands, they helped occasionally. We went to the beach for a week, right in the middle of the worst sickness, and I didn't throw up the whole time I was there, must be something about ocean air?

Anyway, hope you start to feel better soon. It will pass, I promise xo

mine started around 8 weeks and was the worst between about 10 and 15 weeks....finally ended at 17 weeks...i never thought it would end and i got so depressed. i hope yours dont last as long as mine...hope your feeling better very soon.

Mine was pretty much gone at 16/17 weeks though I'll still get nauseous once in a while if I get really hungry! Good luck!!
