When do I move up a box?

I've just seen someone's ticker and they are at 22w 3d and on the 6th box (ok its a flower)
When do I go up a box? I can't wait

I believe it's when you hit you're 6th month...around 23-24 weeks maybe?

There are 9 baby boxes in the ticker...that's why I'm guessing month 6 heh.
