When do you take your decorations down?

Happy new year! Just wondering when do you all take your christmas decs down? Do you do it before new year or after? Do you wait for the 12 days to be up? I did our Christmas cards yesterday and will probably do the tree tomorrow, sad it's over for another year 🎄🎅

I took ours down on Tuesday to make space for all the toys!

Usually on or just before 6th (12th day Christmas) depending on when I've got time to do it. Never later than 6th though. But I love the tree so put it up 1st December or very soon after usually too.

Ours came down Monday, the kids had some big toys and with the tree up they were just getting in the way!!

I would take mine down today as it takes up a corner that I need for toys. Dont know if I have time today but will have it down by the weeekend

I'm off work today and tomorrow so I will be doing it then, always like to do a big clean and tidy up after Christmas and New Year

We do it on the 31st. I like to keep the Christmassy feeling for a few days, but also have a fresh start for the New Year.

Probably tomorrow or Saturday. I wanted it down yesterday but I forgot! Today has been too manic so the weekend it is.

Its only a little tree and is out of the way so doesn't bother me too much anyway.
