when is the best time

    to take your temp? is there a certain time of day?

    yes, you're meant to do it as soon as you wake up and ideally the same time everyday after at least 3 hours continous sleep

    Yes you are supposed to test first thing in the morning and even before getting out of bed. I went a year of ttc then the first month temping i got my bfp! Good luck!

    First thing as soon as you wake up... I'm still learning... I know in my last pregnancy I was warmer all the time.. FX'd you get your :bfp: soon :)

    Yep, take temp very first thing when you wake up. I wake up a lot during the night and if I don't get a full 3 hours of sleep then my temp is thrown off. Temping is the best thing that's happened to me. I love love LOVE knowing all the ins and outs of being a woman!:happydance:

    I set my alarm for 7am every morning and keep the thermometer next to my bed. I wake up, take my temp, write it down, then go back to bed. :) Good luck.
