When should you worry about swelling?

For the last few days my feet and hands have been swollen. Feet have been worse than my hands. But by night time my hands are rather swollen as are my feet. But they are painfull too,feel kinda tight. When should I start worrying abou this? I had my mw appointment yesterday,and had a student mw do my bp...my mw is so cr*p she wrote my bp in my notes wrong and then couldnt test my urine as she left the sticks behind. She ended up taking my sample saying she would test it later and let me knw the results. Im still waiting. Ontop of that she still hasnt put my 28 week blood results in my notes either. I just really dislike her.
