When to give omeprazole

We have just been given omeprazole for reflux dr said to give it in the evening to help him sleep but do I give it before, after or with feeds? He also has domperidone 4 times before feeds. Also has this worked for anyone?

We give it on an evening an hour before a feed, roughly at the same time every day. LO hates taking it though so good luck getting it in lol
