When to start counting kicks?

What week do you start counting kicks and how many a day is it?

Its from 28wks and they say around 10 a day but as you get to know
your babies movement patterns, basically if you havent felt baby as
much as you normally do over a day or so, then you should contact
your mw just to be on the safe side.
