Can anyone tell me when this should be started? I have normal cycles but low progesterone thus not being able to conceive.
Do I take it cd1 through O day or all cycle long?
Hi i've just started it this cycle, from what i read different views so decided to take it from cd1 up until ov. 1000mg so one pill a day. I stopped at ovulation but i know some take it til either af pr bfp & then wean off it i took it to bring forward ov & it's worked last cycle got positive opk cd20 this cycle cd16 also i think i have low progestrone too as had same problem wen ttc ds & only conceived hom 5 yrs later on clomid so want to take a batural approach this time. 7th cycle ttc & first cycle on vitex so let's see
Thanks. Good luck to you!
I'm hoping this will be the answer since only after 2 rounds of Clomid I was taken off of it and referred to a specialist. Since that appointment isn't till October I'm praying g something natural will work!
Thanks how come they only let you be on it 2 months? I was on it a whole year & conceived in that last 12th month, anyway hope it works have heard good things about soy isoflavones too so if i don't succeed on vitex might gove that a try it's a alternative to clomid & taken like you would clomid for example cd3-7
Oops, i thought i put that in there. I took 50mg CD3-7 then 100mg same days.
I had really odd leg pains/cramps the first time around that I assumed were not related to the Clomid. When it happened again I ended up telling the OB. They got worried it might be blood clots or something else so it was stopped. I'm gutted bc I feel like I should have never said anything.
Oh in that case i think you did right telling them. I think definitely try the vitex or soy then as alot of women have had success on it. We're in the August testing together anyway so will update there how i get on with it or if i have any success
