When to take wild yam?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew when wild yams should be taken? The Health food store I got it from said I should take it all cycle but I have read that you should only take it either the first half or second half. I had a miscarriage in October, a chemical pregnancy in January and also one in February. I think I might have a problem with my progesterone levels or the egg implanting. Should I take it in the second half of my cycle then?

I stay away from wild yam as its a natural birth control,
For building a healthy uterine lining try Beet root and raspberry leaf tea or capsules before ovulation.
