Hi Ladies

My LB was born 4 months ago now and my hair is still falling out in masses, to the point that I'm starting to get bald patches!

When will it stop and is there anything I can do or take to stop it?

Mine is super bad right now, i think it has something to do with the horomones going back to normal maybe ??...

I have no idea though, i seriously went and got mine cut yesterday because i was honestly getting worried for my self.. LO is eating it or she was grabbing handfulls from pulling my hair!

I constantly have my hair up now because it falls out so damn much. Its really annoying. Hopefully it will end soon

Mine fell out for about two months last time. It just started with this baby  my oh had to unblock the bath plug about once a week last time

My hair stopped falling out when my dd was abiut 9/10 months. Im not sure when it started,.maybe when she was around 2 months.

I got so upset by it, and nothing I did helped. Hopefully yours stops soon, I know how it feels!

Thanks ladies, it started falling out about a month ago and my hair is always up now firstly coz I'm sick of being covered in it and second in fear of baby eating it! Did anyone find cutting it helped?

I asked my hair dresser & he said it can fall out until 1 year pp... yikes!

Mine started to fall out when LO was about 2 months. It has just recently slowed down at 5mos. Luckily I had a lot to lose. It has been coming out in chunks and you can see my scalp in the front. Finally I can see little baby hairs coming back in. :hugs: I think I read somewhere that it will stop or slow down 6 months after it starts and it should stop by LOs first birthday. By LOs first birthday I will be completely bald!

I started around 3-4 months pp, and it ended at around 6-7... Was NOT cute. I lost it from my hairline, which receded, and I had what looked like a 70 yr old's hair line. Then is started growing back, which resulted in what I call "baby bird hair" because it stuck straight up, despite my attempts at flattening.

Now it grew out enough to look like I decided to cut bangs by myself, in the dark, drunk. Ha! ;) So, I just recently cut my hair into a pixie, so now everything's even, easier and I finally look polished again!!!

Hahaha! Same with me. Mine fell out about 3-4 months pp until 6 months ish and it came from the front. Now I have these ridiculous little fluffy bits at the front, the mummy fringe :p
