Hey ladies. Where are you all feeling most of baby's movements? Im worried bubs is still breech :/ xx

I feel all of mine to the left hand side, which are her legs. There is a bump high up to the right which is her bum. The bum feels much rounder than the feet which are a bit pointy!
I only know which parts are which due to a scan on my placenta a week ago and it still feels the same now. At the moment she is head down and slightly wonky.

Sorry, should add I'm 34 weeks

Im 36 weeks and feel most movements up at the top and my baby is frank breech so that is where her feet are! :( guess it depends on what kind of breech your baby is where you feel the movements?

Where am I feeling movement? In the car, on the sofa, at work, walking....!

Sorry, couldn't resist!

I'm 35 weeks and have been told that baby is head down, so I get a lot of shoves and shuffles under my ribs on the right, and a hard little bottom poking out under my ribs on the left. I get tickly feeling way down low sometimes, which I assume is little fingers!

Hope that helps? Where are you getting movements?

My baby is head down.

I get really weird feelings deep inside which I'm guessing is baby putting his/her hands by its head.

My main movements are above my belly button. There is a rock hard section that moves from left to right which I think is his/her bottom.

I get the little tickles every now and then from her hands, always make me smile! :0)

That's where I feel movements and my bubs is head down. The low movements could be bubs head butting and engaging? And th big bump at top would be bum? Surely your midwife would send you for scan if they thought bubs was breech? I'd mention your concerns at your next appointment just to double check Hun x

as far as i know baby is still head down! he was starting to engage at my last appointment!! i feel most movements on my right hand side i think thats where his feet are! there is a rounded bump just above my belly button that moves from side to side and outwards everynow and again! i think this must be his bum!

Thanks girls. My next midwife appointment isn't untill the day before my due date :/ also midwife keeps saying he is head down but she said that even when he was found breech on the ultrasound so that's why I question it. X

I'm nervous about my midwife possibly being wrong as well! I have full faith in her ability I really do. Sometimes though, I think to myself "I'm the one carrying this baby 24/7 surely my instinct would be slightly more knowledgeable than her placing her hands on my belly every 2 weeks"

I feel nearly all my movements on my right side. There is also a very large/hard round lump that is usually high up on my right side as well. I feel what I "think" are hiccups way down low in my bum. And my last scan was at 22 weeks and he was head down and they showed me where his bum was and I think he's in that exact position still. I hope.

Every once in a while though, I feel like I feel a big round area on both my right and left side! And I worry what if he is transverse?! :nope:

I think we need to remind ourselves to just relax a little, give our midwives a little more credit...and well take one day at a time. Soo much easier to type than to do I know! LOL :haha:

My first flipped head down very early and my second stayed breech and was born footling breech via c-section. I could feel hiccups both high and low, but they were more prominent up high (I could physically see them). I felt kicks/punches both high and low, but he would flip between frank breech and footling breech. The way I could really notice was I could feel his head right at my rib cage (was much harder than a bum would be) and I never got that really uncomfortable feeling down low when baby's head engages and pushes on the cervix (you know the feeling that the baby is going to fall out if you stand up/walk LOL).

I've been told by my MW and read on a few different websites that if you feel hiccups low then baby is head down and if you feel them high then baby is breech. Mine are low and baby is head down xx

Sorry to add more confusion but with my first baby I always felt hiccups low down and assumed this meant baby was head down but he was always breech and the mw said the hiccups were vibrating down through his body and into his bum! This time baby is apparently breech also but I feel the hiccups high up on the right and a hard lump there... I've been told that's a head but it seems everyone else is told that hard lump is baby's bum????? It's hard to know..

no idea how this posted to this thread!!?? i hit 'quick reply' on a totally different one and just noticed it didnt post there. im embarassed and confused! lol
