where to buy amber necklace?

Can someone point me to a website that sells good quality amber necklaces? I've only recently heard about them and I don't really know much about them so any extra info or advice you want to leave would be much appreciated.
To illustrate how little I know about them, up until today I assumed it was a necklace to be chewed on and thought I was asking a very silly question when I asked someone if that's what it's for!

I think Dino Daisy gets good reviews. You can get one custom made to the right length and colours.

the amber can be worn against the skin and the minerals are absorbed. Q is a different baby without his, esp when he's due to pop a tooth through.
