I have been invited to 3 weddings in the next couple of months and have been looking for a suitable dress/outfit i can't find anything that i like that is posh enough in maternity sizes so does anyone have any suggestions on where to look i have about a £100 budget for dress/outfit excluding shoes. Plus would it be ok to wear the same outfit to all 3 weddings as the only person who will be at all of them except me is hubby?

jojo maman bebe have a couple of lovely dresses for summer weddings at around the £50 mark.

I don't know but I need to find this out myself for a wedding I'm going to, so will look forward to answers! You could definitely wear the same thing to each though hun, no point wasting money. You could maybe try different hair or different accessories to change the feel slightly?

Monsoon have nice empire line dresses that would be forgiving enough to allow enough room for bump xxx

Hey hun.I had this in my 3rd trimester.I got a lovely dress from New look (prom style) £30.00 I bought the shoes and wrap and the next wedding I went to I used the accesories but got the dress from Oasis in the sale.So saved a bit there.I now have 2 dresses that are slightly bigger but I can take them in and the bag, shoes, jewellery I can always use.I didn't like the idea of wearing the same outfits as there would have been pics taken. And it is nice to dress up.Also years ago i found a maternity section in a charity shop and got a nice dress from there.other option is ebay x

I just attended a wedding on Saturday and wore a beautiful dress that I had found online. I don't have the link on me but I will post it tonight when I get home.

Good post! I have a wedding to go to when i'm 30 weeks and have no idea what to wear. It's a right pain in the arse.

Eeek, MishC your post made me realise that I'll be 33 weeks at the wedding that I'm going to..... that will be interesting??!!

It's a scary thought isn't it.

I'll be 36 weeks at the wedding I'm attending in July. I'm thinking that floor length might be an idea by that point!

Hmmmmm... reckon this is fancy enough for a wedding if worn with heels? https://www.seraphine.com/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=711&idcategory=101&title=Maxi+Dress%2C+maternity+dresses

I also found this one but it's a bit short - https://www.fromheretomaternity.co.uk/item--Rose-Shimmer-Maternity-Dress-Maternity-Dresses-and-Skirts--rose+shimmer+dress.html
I can't decide about it but the price is okay!

I like this but it's too expensive https://www.yummymummymaternity.co.uk/maggie-dahlia-satin-maternity-evening-special-occasion-dress-1158-p.asp

I just don't understand why most maternity dresses are fairly casual and black - don't they know we still want to dress up and look feminine/summery???

I bought a really nice top from Mamas and Papas online for a wedding a month ago, really nice and dressy.
I also got a nice dress I might wear to a wedding when I'm 36weeks from Red Herring at Debenhams.

Found it!

This is where I ordered my dress from for the wedding I attended this past weekend.

I wore this dress in the cranberry color https://www.specialoccasionmaternity.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=15

Thanks ladies for all your suggestions i had a look at ebay last night and there are some really pretty dresses on at the moment so i might buy a couple of them and and also buy a brand new dress for my original budget which is great. I don't know if i will be able to handle high heels though for all three weddings as the last one is 31st August which is just over 2 weeks before my due date but i will have to look for a nice pair of heels and flats yay, more shoes my hubby will be overjoyed:)
