I just know it's going to get terrorised by LO... Haven't a clue where to put it without LO pulling it onto himself!

anyone else in the same predicament?

Yip, nowhere is safe in my house either!! No idea what to do

Yep! I contemplated getting a different tree but I can't justify the cost, so instead have just resigned myself to the fact that April will want to stand and play with it! I'm just going to be sensible and only put baby friendly decorations at the bottom and hopefully also try to tie it to something so that if she does try to stand, it won't fall on top of her.

OH did say that perhaps we shouldn't have a tree - but I disagreed!

hahaha we have been talking about this for weeks!!! It was bad enough when we just had our pooches, one of which loves to steal ballballs ( No idea how to spell that haha) And now we have a standing baby Austin!!! its going to be eventfull to say the least haha....but i cant bludy wait!!!!!! x

mmmmm - maybe these ridiculous upside-down christmas trees may be ok afterall - do they actually hang from the ceiling? and maybe if it only came to about 4ft from the floor it would be fine? hehe! :flower:

This was one of the ones I was considering - Tree- but they are sold out now anyway.

Thought it would have been good as there was nothing at the bottom for her to grab.

Haha - that one from John Lewis is perfect!! I'm going instore tomorrow!
