Which CM Do You Record?

I've been extra observant of my CM this month and have been checking it every time I do an OPK
Earlier on in the day I tend to find my CM is some where between sticky and creamy.
By mid afternoon it's more watery, some times slightly creamy.
In the evening it seems to be more like eggwhite, sometimes a wetish or a creamy eggwhite but still very stretchy.

Which type should I be recording? Morning, afternoon, evening?

I have no chance of checking my CP even having a poke about with a speculum and a torch the last ob gyn I saw told me I have a very high cervix that was hard to find I've never been able to find it myself so I'm having to go on the CM (along with OPKs and temping).

I'm of the opinion that it's supposed to be the most fertile type of cm that you record. However, the the stretchy cm that stretches over 1 inch is the most fertile. You should only really have it at a certain point of the month.
