Which day did I ovulate?

As the title suggests i am super confused.. I got my first positive ovulation test in a year this past weekend so I don't really know how this works I had a positive two days in a row, then a negative, the day after the negative (which was yesterday) I had some cramps on the left side that would come and go my ovia app suggested this could be implantation but I feel like 2-3 dpo is a little early for that

Well, Opks are best paired with temping to show your pattern on them. Without temping you can guess by ewcm drying up as well.In general you can ovulate 6-48 hours after your positive. Was one of your positive darker than the other? If so that is the true positive.
I typically ovulate the same day as a positive, but many women ovulate 2 days after.

The second one seemed a little darker to me. if thats the case then the cramping would have been 2 days after so i'm thinking i actually ovulated then
