My c-section is booked for Thursday and I'm still hovering over names! We're team yellow which doesn't make it easier. I love Isabella, OH wants to use just Bella. The name is after my grandmother, her middle name was Bella. Opinions?

Oh and also - I'm not a fan of the nickname Izzy so that doesn't bother me not having that option if we go with just Bella.

There is a little girl at my daughter'd school called Clarabelle. She gets called Bella though.

I prefer formal names with built-in nicknames, so I like Isabella. I also really like Anabella and Arabella.

I prefer full names and then nicknames so Isabella is nice but you can call her bella.

There's also arabella, clarabella etc x

I also know a girl called Isabella she is only ever known as bella. Her parents made it clear it was bella and never izzy so no one ever gets confused. I just think full names are better for more choice when child is older and looks more professional if they go in to a very professional career when they're older. But that's just my point of view x

Love Isabella or just bella. I love Anabelle but not Anabella for some reason!

I vote for Isabella, nn. Bella. Gorgeous name! And I like that she has options so she can go by which version she prefers when she's older.

I also love Arabella (it's on my list!)... and I know a little girl named Elizabella (pronounced like the start of Elizabeth rather than Eliza).

Rosabella is another option, as is Bella-Rose.

I think Bella is a lovely nickname but wouldn't use it as a full name. Too many other options. My name is Rebecca and I get called Bella all the time...so you never know!

I have a Belle but we call her Belle. My oh has said on occasion that we should have called her Isabella but she doesn't suit it. To me she is Belle and Bella is her full name (even though it is no shorter) strange I know but to me it just fit.

Sorry that should have been 'I have a Bella!'
