I did one last digi this afternoon that was stashed in the cupboard. It was a NOT PREGNANT which I knew it would say....I’m almost 100% sure I’m not preggo this month and AF is due today and I’m just waiting for her to rear her ugly head lol!! I’ve never opened one before and was just being curious.....I know they can’t be read the same as normal tests and apparently always have 2 lines...but I never realised how blaringly obvious the lines are! No wonder people get so confused

I think I've read that they always have a 2nd line and that you cannot read it like a line test.

That’s what I had read too...so opened it just being curious. Was surprised at how obvious the lines were. So no wonder people get confused by them

Dug out yesterday’s and cracked it too so done a side by side as comparison

I’m gonna keep a copy so hopefully when I get a BFP someday I can compare

I have several threads on here about cracking open tests. While my cb weeks lines were clearly darker and it did translate to something, it’s really about the shade and things we can’t analyze by eye. I even had progression once so I got my hopes really up. My advice is stick to the screen and don’t crack them open . Linking my two digital threads so you know you are not alone lol

Digitalis pick up bhcg as well which is something found in your system regardless of pregnancy, however becomes elevated in early pregnancy according to https://poasaholic.blogspot.com/2009/04/the-true-secret-to-digital-pregnancy.html?m=1

Here is my bfp digital I curiously cracked open, I always found a faint second line when not pregnant so I wanted to see the difference. Fx it truly is an early bfp for you though, could certainly be!!
