Who gets AF cramps 5 days before period?

Jw how common this is. I'm hoping its implantation because I'm 7dpo. But I off and on get crampy a week or so before period anyone know why the cramps are so early? They feel like O pains and AF pains off and on

Yep, I start getting crampy about 5 days before AF. I often wonder if its implantation too but it never has been for me. Many women say they get this even when they're pregnant so who knows. I always get sad when it comes though.

Same for me and i did also think it was implantation and it never was , so confusing but ive also heard you can get them when implanting lol goodluck hun

I never get crampy a few days before AF, but this month i did. Really light cramps from around 7-8DPO and i got AF on 13DPO. It really through me because i don't usually get them.

I am always crampy for about 5 days before AF. That's how I know the witch is on her way.

I've been noting cramps and yes, 6,5,4 days prior last cycle - NEG.
