Looks like the right thing to me

I have been drinking 1 cup 32-34 weeks, 2 cups 34-36 weeks, 3 cups 36-38 weeks, 4 cups 38-40 weeks and intend to drown myself in it once I'm overdue! :haha:

oo thanks is there a best time to drink it? maybe at night or morning? x

This might help hun :)

:flower:

I plan to start taking it this week...

Thats the one Im drinking, and definately the right one!
Start drinking it now - some people drink it throughout their pregnancy - it is safe.
I also drink it in abundance from 30 weeks +. I swear by the stuff!

thanks very much ladies :D all new to me ! i only heard about this about 3 weeks ago lol x

Just to warn you I have found since I upped my cups of it my bh have become stronger and I found it a bit :o at first!

idk if i have had BH lol i never felt anything that people have discribed, maybe i will when i start drinking! thanks for the little warning lol id be worring im going in to pre labour lmao! x

guys can I ask what the benefits of drinking it are? sorry to sound stupid :(

oh thanks, I thought it was meant to bring on labour

I was getting worried when people said they were drinking it at 30 weeks!

The help tone the uterus, making the pushing stage of labour shorter, and your contractions more efficient.
They help the uterus go back to its normal size after birth, and some people believe it reduces the risk of tearing and stitches - which would certainly be true for me!
I swear by it - have never torn, and my children were pushed out in 6 minutes and 9 minutes - and I didnt really do any work, my body pushed them out on its own. Its great stuff, seriously!!

I don't think there is any special time of day to drink it. I used to drink my one cup in the morning and now I drink one morning, one evening. I love the taste of it and actually feel disappointed when I have finished my second cup of the day. It tastes like PROGRESS! I am so tired of being pregnant it feels like, the more cups I drink, the closer I am at the end.
I have been getting very bad BH and sometimes period pain since 20 weeks. I found my BH to be LESS since I upped to 2 cups a day.

Me too. I was getting them almost constantly before I started drinking more of it. I dont remember it happening with my other two pregnancies, but the RLT definately worked with them.

Can you get it in supermarkets or just health food shops? I was hoping to start this week if I can get it delivered with my weekly shop! Thanks :)

Both I think. The big tesco's have it :)

I've been taking the tablets four times a day for 4 days now. I wish I had started earlier but only just found out about it. Cost me £7 odd from Holland & Barrett.
