I was going through all this, felt so hopeless that i'd ever sleep at night for a long time and I hated sleeping during the day cause I felt lazy and crap.
So I started not nappying during the day - going to bed around 10clock, getting up around 5 and slowly my sleeping pattern is getting back to normal.
I'll go to bed around 1 now and get up around 8-9.
But hey lets see how long that lasts! haha.
