i am not too sure what my lp cycle is , but we sure will try for this cycle. we are day 2 after AF today .. i am not sure what that means. but i am hoping this month and like i was saying before if it doesnt happen than i guess we wait until feb. in a way i am ok with that since i have an appt at my tattoo shop, but all in all i will be bummed out . i think my hubby wants it to happen so he can snag my appt that is set..lol.. we will for sure be BD'ING from here on out with a couple days between , i am trying to stay positive.. its just hard . i will keep all of you updated. good luck everyone !!

well , i am guessing my hubby doesnt want to try anymore since he skipped out of BD since the 21st. he says just a minute , just a minute than rolls over and goes to sleep. i tried yesterday several times i got shot down. i know it has nothign to do with the holidays since we didnt have anyone over or go anywhere.. plus he stated last night , he doesnt feel like it anymore , and he was just telling me that he "wanted to try" just to appease me .. ugh.. men

I'll mirror that sentiment, for sure. Sometimes it feels like pulling teeth when really it's like "Hey, I'm offering you my naked body, come and get it!" You would think it would be easier seeing as how everywhere, every day women are reminded about how much men want to always be having sex with them all the time. Then again, maybe not everything in the media is true

Sometimes it's hard for me to get him to BD and it's really annoying because if I don't want to then he complains about it, but if I want to and he doesn't then he tells me it's not as sexy for me to go to him. He would rather come to me... doesn't make sense to me... I feel like a girl coming on to you and wanting sex is one of the things a guy wants most in life, but idk. Anyways we just got back home tonight from the holiday and BDed right when we got in, didn't even empty the car first. Used preseed too. I took an Ov test and it was negative, all have been negative except I didn't test or temp or anything while I was gone so I'm hoping I didn't miss it. Or if I did that some swimmers were still alive to catch it. Apparently his mom really wants us to have a baby, she doesn't know that we're trying though... hoping we all get what we want lol. I guess that two week wait is coming up soon, how is everyone else doing? Has anyone Oved yet?

I'm CD14 today. Had a big temperature drop which I hope is a sign of O - we BD'd today and yesterday. I've been trying to chart my CM but I have no idea how to interpret it! I never get ewcm. Sometimes it's a little on the stretchy side, but is usually thicker and white rather than thin and clear. And there is never very much to begin with. If we don't get our BFP this month, I am buying OPKs next month because I have no idea how to read my CM.

I never noticed a difference in my CM until last month I had a lot of EWCM and it was really stretchy, but I was on birth control and I believe it was after I Oved so idk what that was all about. Now I've been paying more attention that we're actually trying, but I feel like it's not ever very much and it's always a little different, I don't really understand it either... TTC is so much to think about, wish I could be one of those girls that's like "oh I missed my period, oh positive preg test!" and that's it, no thinking at all lol.

Because I Oved today and we only BDed last night and not anytime today. I can TRY to BD with him tomorrow night -- if he wil take me. My feelings are really hurt from being rejected though :-/

You should be fine!!!!!! The day before ovulation is a GREAT time to bd!! Even if you didn't bd on you O day doing it the day before still give you GREAT chances! Try tomorrow too! I think you're definitely still in the running for your BFP!!!

I'm sorry you're feelings are hurt though Maybe you can do something tomorrow night to make him feel super special and really set the mood?

I think you should be fine too. Even in that having a boy or girl theory (forgot what it's called) they tell you for a girl you should BD a few days before you Ov and for a boy to BD the day before/of Ov, so I think it should work out. Not sure if that theory is true or not, but hey if sperm can live up to 5 or 6 days then it's all good.

Awhile ago I felt a pinching in my left ovary and then my right shortly after so I'm wondering if I'm Oving or about to or something. Although if both then that means I double Oved? Maybe I'm just imagining things or reading too much into it, but hey twins do run in my family so that would be pretty cool .

Yeah its called shettles or something like that! You're totally right and I've heard it works. My brother has 4 girls and they tried that for their boy and they got it! They say say that girl sperm lives longer but they swim slower and boy sperm don't live as long but swim faster soo you're supposed to bd 2 1/2 to 3 days BEFORE ovulation for a girl and right before on and after for a boy. Obviously it's not 100% but I've heard it work for some people. ANYWAY haha with that being said bding the day before and after O should be just fine

I bet you're about to O Nazz!! You and I are at the same CD I got a pos OPK yesterday and just started having some cramps tonight. Middle and both sides as well It awesome that we're so close together! Hopefully we will get our BFPs together too!

Yay I hope I'm about to O!! lol my test today was negative so we'll see what tomorrows says... I can't wait to pee on the REAL stick though ha 2 more weeks. I hope we get BFP's together! Then we can convert over to the preg forum together and get out of this TTC BS!!! I'm so ready to just be pregnant already and have it be healthy and full term, I'll be so relieved and happy. And I won't have to bug OH over there about BDing anymore haha. Yay for baby dust all around!!!

Can someone post a picture of their Ov tests? I know that sounds weird, but this is my first time using them and idk... the thing I'm confused about is yesterdays because like half the test line is as dark as the control line and then half of it is lighter. All the other ones are just plain lighter. I just want to know what they're supposed to look like or if that one was positive? Maybe you more experienced ladies have some insight. Thanks.
