Why are there no UK suppliers of the Ergo?

I think Ive made my mind up about going for the ergo for my toddler, still unsure of the infant insert and tried to purchase one from the UK to save on shipping costs but I cant find any UK suppliers.....does anyone know why this could be? Got me thinking are they not good enough for UK standards??!

I know you can get them off ebay but found it more costly than the ergo own website so thought Id get your views on this before going ahead.

along with lots of other lovely things. I presume they deliver anywhere in UK mainland but I only ever go in their shops.

and they are obviously selling a lot as since I wrote this reply I can't stop seeing people around me using them, 3 people today already, I think about 4 people yesterday.

Sorry pointless post! I just keep thinking of your post when I see people with them now, I never noticed before.
