why cant i just have a normal cycle.....

i have pcos and dh low count.the thing is i have no signs of ov or af coming.i dont get any twinges and ewcm and i dont have signs when af comes either like sore boobs or cramps.fed up of not having a normal cycle.would love to be able to have all these signs and be regular so anoying aaaaaaaargggggggggghhhhhhhh any ideas how to help with this??my last results were fsh 7.4 lh 12.2 but no body seems to be bothered to treat the pco side of things for me.i can go from about 35+days to 60+days ,ive even had one where af didnt appear for 5months,so anoying

I haven't got any advice to give hun as I don't get periods at the moment as I'm too overweight (as my siggy says, I'm doing something about it)

Hey Hayley, firstly you're a Mom to twin boys right? Wow! That's awesome! Why don't you go back to the gynae / Fertility Specialist who helped you to get pregnant with your boys again? **just a thought**

It all depends on your doctor. Some are nice enough to treat your PCOS immediately, but really, there's not a lot of treatment available. If you're Insulin resistant, like myself, you'd have to take Metformin - side effects sucked big time for me, but I'm fine now....

And if Metformin doesn't make you PG, you can consider taking Clomid with follicle scans to see if you ovulate with Clomid...i haven't started on Clomid yet, so can't advise you on that.
