I used to be able to pump 2-3 oz in one sitting, stopped for a while and now I can't get more than half an ounce in a day!
I have TT manual and electric pumps and I massage before pumping but hardly get anything
I can't seem to hand express, most of it dribbles all over my hand than into a container.
Is there anything I can do?
I can't afford a different pump either
