So...after 7 months of trying for our first baby...I have finally realised that the hormones released by our bodies in the 2 weeks after ovulation create the same symptoms that you get when you are pregnant...
How CRAPPY!!! Basically....every month after ovulation I would feel very tired, sore boobs, bit nauseous in the morning and dizzy!!!! Every month in the beginning I would think I was definately preggers....but now 7 months down the line, I've realised it must just be the natural hormone release creating these symptoms. Also, read a few times now and heard from friends that normally pregnancy symptoms only start from about 5 or 6 weeks....so all of us symptom spotting are actually just experiencing normal post-ovulation symptoms.
Does this make sense??? Am I the only one who has realised this?
I am now about 12 DPO and have been tired, sore boobs and nauseous and I am not letting it get me even slightly excited...because I've now been through this enough times to know it's not gonna result in a BFP!
How unfair that this is the way our bodies work!!!
Bags and Bags of babydust to you all!!! x
