Why is my body doing this? Anyone any ideas?

I've been off the pill since June. My first cycle was really long but I figured that was due to coming off the pill. I think I ovulated from the right.

I then started taking Vitamin B6 and my second cycle was so much better. I think I ovulated from the left.

Then this month I think my body is trying to ovulate from the right but failing yet again

I have a cyst which was 3mm before my son and 6mm after having him in 2010. I thought that maybe the cyst was on the right and causing the problem but turns out it's actually on the left.

I went to my Doctors on Monday because I've been having some shockingly painful pains on my right had side, the kid where if you press down I jump out of my skin. Yesterday the pain spread across and was pretty bad. It's like someone has a knife inside me. Sometimes the pain shoots up my cervix and sometimes weirdly my bum! Having a wee makes the pain worse, I've had my urine tested and I've no urine infection. This morning if I press about a hands width down from my belly button the pain is sharp and I can feel the pain behind my belly button too.

I'm so so confused, scared and upset. I've never had any problems before even after being off birth control in the past. My cycles have always been 28-32 days and now we decide to TTC they mess up My periods have always been ridiculously light, only one day and never needing more than 1 tampon. They've finally getting heavier and longer.

I had some swabs done on Tuesday and I am waiting for a scan date to come through.

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

Big brunette. The pain and confusion you're dealing with sound awful . I haven't had this happen to me but I'll give you a bump and maybe someone else can chime in. I hope you're able to get things figured out and resolved!

Have they considered endo? Or pcos? Endo can manifest itself differently in each person, with mine I get pain from hip to hip really low down and makes me feel like I'm dying (seriously not exaggerating) it also makes me feel like I need to push and weeing can make it worse or bring it on.

Also have they scanned u to make sure the cyst is still there and hasn't burst?

They haven't really said anything yet. I have stupidly googling and so have some of the symptoms. I am praying so hard that it isn't. Still waiting for a scan date to come through.
