wide awake :-( sleep regression or bad night? x

Imogen has been sttn since about 12weeks, we are so lucky. Tonight, however, she has been wide awake for the last 4 hours! Not even crying unless her dummy comes out but wide awake and making noise (we call it singing lol). I'm shattered and have come into the spare room as hubby has work in the morning. Is there a 6 month sleep regression or are we just having a bad night? X

People say there is one but we weren't affected at all - only at four months for us. I'd say chances are it's a bad night or at very worst a phase. My LO went through a week of waking at 5 recently but it's settled again and he's nearly one. Their sleep isn't linear I'm afraid - it changes all the time!
