Me! Lo snoozing away!!

Dh and I massive fall out (in law related issues, mega stress on his head and he's in pain too and I'm dropping tired so we just rubbed the wrong way today!)

But, think can't sleep now because of it!

Took lo to family party against my judgement (6pm) it was too loud, too many drink by this point people all in his face (being perfectly ok but he's got stranger tears last couple of weeks, don't know you? Bottom lip out!)

Plus he was tired too

He was then awake 4hrs and had to do car ride to get him some sleep for 1/2 hr , so very annoyed that I let myself get guilted/bullied into the visit. Plus I know I'm going to refer to it next time with an I told you so! So think all that combined contributing to non sleep!

Ahhhh, feels good to get that off my chest!

Ah, I can totally relate.... I refuse to let anything interrupt my LO's bedtime, I have turned down wedding invites, family dinners, I bet someone would bitch abt how strict I'm, but I don't want to deal with an overtired cranky baby..

I always complain about my baby not sleeping well at night and I'm always tired... But u know what, I can't sleep till nearly 12 and I know she will wake me after 2 hrs or so... Just can't sleep! It's the most frustrating

And wouldn't you know my previously wont sleep for more than 2hrs baby has just passed the 5hr mark?!?!should be so happy at this , but I'm going to feel like crap later!!!

Yep, last night has made me feel able to say a strict 'no' to anything I feel will disrupt his sleep (unless whoever gets upset wants to come deal with lo all night!!)

Aww sorry to hear about the argument. You were definitely in the right.

It sucks when the baby is asleep and you're wide awake doesn't it! I hope you don't feel too tired today!
