Will a Transvaginal scan be safe within my 2 week wait?

I have an appointment on Thursday afternoon for a transvaginal ultrasound scan to check on my ovarian cysts. I am now in my 2 week wait and wonder if this will be safe - in the hopeful posibility that i am pregnant ?

I have to have this scan as when i was pregnant at the start of the year my cysts were growing very fast and after the MC they wanted to follow up to see if they have shrunk.

I will be 10dpo on Thursday

(im sure it will be fine if i tell them im not sure yet etc)
