recently i have really been off of food, espeically savoury stuff like dinners, lunches etc. So i havent really been eating lots as my appetite has just been crap, and when i do eat its just something like half a sandwich or a small choc bar. I read somewhere that at this stage in pregnancy you should be getting an extra 200 cals a day which i know i deffaintly havent been getting, is this bad for baby?
