Hi sweet ladies,
I have a HyCoSy Exam scheduled for 14th May. I have to start taking Provera tablets on 23rd April to start my cycle and prepare me for the exam (due to PCOS).
I don't know if it is coincidence but the last cycle i got pregnant was the first cycle in which i started taking vitex and royal jelly. Unfortunately i had a miscarriage in January.
I am still taking royal jelly but I would really like to use Vitex again as I feel like it gave me a boost before, but i don't know if I can start taking it when I take the provera tablets? And also, because I don't have regular cycles I am unsure of when I ovulate so I don't know when I would need to stop taking the vitex?
Can any of you offer any guidance of advice please?
