Will it be ready in time?

I need to do a chicken curry for tea today (as the stuff needs to be used up)
Tea needs to be ready by about 5.15pm..
Using diced chicken breast, mushrooms and a jarred sauce... how long should it take in the slow cooker? If i put it in now on high will it be ready by 5.15?? xx

yes hun should be.I'd put it on slow then an hour before put it on high x

plenty of time, i give my slow cooker 3 hours usually for curry, and thats from scratch, if your using jarred even quicker,

are you browning the chicken first if you are 1 1/2 hrs it'll be ready

No it just stick it all in as it is. So if I put it on low till about 4 then stick it on high for an hour it should be ok?? xx

i say low and check it an hr before if ok then leave it low if not then high to be doubly sure its all cooked but low should b fine x

Loads of time. If I need it fast I will put it ina casserole dish in oven and its done in a hour but slow cooker I would say 4-5hours on high x
