Will the doctrs test be positive at 11DPO

I got a today @ 11dpo, rang docs and they fitted me in tonight.
Will the test they do show positive too?

I've heard theirs are just as accurate as the ones in stores, ask to do a blood test cause those are almost always accurate!

Doc didn't do a test, she said that one test means I'm pregnant, told me not to do any more, just accept it and look after myself.
