Wind? Constipation? Help needed

My DD is a month old today (yay)
Since day one she been sleeping and eating well.
I combi feed her with Hipp cartons, but usually she takes 30-50ml at a time and its once every day or so

Today i been away for the afternoon and my mum gave her milk and she had 70ml!
Then since 7pm and still now she is struggling with her tummy, struggling passing wind and its very smelly.
Last time she did poo on Friday

I have no clue whats going on...my theories:
- she had too much formulain one go and it upset her tummy
- sonething i ate?
- constipation?

She seem to be trying to pass gas/strain constantly during past few hours. I nurse her now and she seems relax a bit. Poor girl is really tired, she does not cry unconsably, just winged, makes noises when straining and cryes frw times before gas passes.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You could try giving her a small amount of cool boiled water to help her go to the toilet.

1/2 - 1oz usually gets my little one going.

Have you tried bicycling her legs for a bit too and rubbing her tummy in a clockwise direction should all help.

She did not take any water or "baby tummy tea" that i have and it says suitable from 2 weeks
Calmed a bit by 4am and now continues the same
Willdo bath and bycicle this morning and try water again..
Now i think that bf and odd formula dont agree with her and hope she gets betterduring the day
