Wind Question

Hello,

Just wondering, when do babies start to bring their wind up themselves. I find myself winding Caitlyn a lot and nothing happens. Only for her to be sat on her own later on and burp herself. Am I wasting my time trying to wind her, or is it just coincidence?

Hannah does this too....in fact we've stopped winding her in between her bottles as she gets to upset at us if we try to stop her feed. We try for a few minutes after and if she doesn't bring any up we leave it be. She always lets us know (by which I mean screams) if she has trapped wind later on , which has happened less and less
