Hi ladies,
Our baby is due 8th Nov and I've had alot of people tell me "what a shame it is" that we're having a winter baby. Has anyone else experienced this?
First of all we're happy and blessed to be pregnant full stop. Secondly, I don't think I feel much like going to the park and feeding the ducks with a 1 or 2 week old anyway as I'll be recovering from the birth and getting used to life day by day with a tiny newborn. By the time the weather will be milder baby will be 5 months old + so will be able to aprecaite bgeing outside.
What difference does a newborn know, all they want is to be clean, fed, cosy and comfortable.
Besides, we can still go for walks in the winter, just wrapped up and in warm clothes.
I've never heard anything so ludicrous in my life before, how can having a winter baby be a shame? stup*d people.
