Wishing, wanting, waiting.....TTC for a year PLUS!

AFM, I am CD11 today, with a negative opk on the kitchen sink and a headache in my head! LOL

I can't wait to Ovulation!! I am more determined than ever to get pregnant this cycle! I'm telling you girls, that this will be my last un-pregnant cycle for the next 9 months!!!

My plan this cycle is, plenty of water and grapefruit juice from now until right after O, my multi (not prenatal) and some extra folic acid, mens multi and extra zinc, snacking alittle less, lovin a little more, and hopefully, if I catch my lh creeping up, for four days straight leading up to O....this is what I am hoping for. I am also going to try and relax and think very positive about babies, and pregnancy and others who are fortunate to be pregnant.......trying very hard.......

Oooh Lucie - I really feel for ya! I hate it when a ton of unexpected expenses get thrown my way.

No worries on the number of IUI cycles I've done Julia - it's all good in the hood! In my pants! I've got my pre-AF headache today though so I'm feeling a little less than optimistic. I have that interview today too - kinda excited and nervous about that. How is your holiday job going? I hope they've stopped asking you to come in when you told them you can't.

He wears glasses, but with glasses he sees how I do without mine. He has a disease of the cornea, and other than a cornea transplant, the only thing that would help his eyes are the hybrid contacts.

oh god thats a hard question lol i did it ummmm almost every day with this one... and there i was thinking i wasnt going to ovulate till later and concive at the birthday weekend on the 30th lol

you can try every other day... and if he feels up to it then almost every day

As for me I am 10dpo and, can you believe, I haven't tested yet. I just don't see the point.
Dh has been doing very well. He has hit the 2 week mark now and is feeling better and happier. I am so proud of him. He went back t his dr yesterday and got the all clear on his health so that was a big relief. We went out for dinner to celebrate being healthy!
I am on day 4 of no coffee, and I am soooooooo tired! I have been drinking licorice and peppermint tea which is nice and sweet and I don't need sugar. If I can get through this week without coffee, then next week will be phase 2 when I go onto the horrible restricting anticandida diet. It's all for the greater good, I keep telling myself.

What did you have for dinner?
I gave up coffee about a year ago, and I just started it again not too long ago, but only a cup once in awhile (when I need to go number 2! hehe!)

Hey all my ttc besties! How are we all on this fine day???

AFM, I am CD12 and counting down they days until O, which I hope happens when I think it will on CD18 or CD19, because I already have my plan into place on my new and improved bd schedule!
Opk negative so far, but very watery cm with a high but hard cervix. Body is giving me mixed signals. As soon as I can see that my lines on my opks start to appear even a little darker I am going to start DTD every day. The days leading right up to O are the most crucial and damnit I am hitting the jackpot this cycle!!! I dont care how worn out he gets or I get. I am going to use the power of persuasion on DH and tell him that alot of hard work this cycle will pay off at the end of it. If he is just as sick of ttc as I am, it should work!!!

Massive Headache today and nothing is helping it!

On a positive note, I marked my maths groups latest test last night and all but a few kids improved from last terms test, and improved remarkably!!
And the ones that didn't, don't surprise me because they are the ones that don't put in any effort. We always talk about effort = achievement.
I am really happy with the marks They actually learned something!

I have had a really crap couple of days at work, some decisions have been made out of my control about what work I am doing and my boss has freaked out about it and it has all been blown completely out of proportion, getting to the point where I am going to have to go to the union to get support for me as it has started to really affect me.

On another note I am in the middle of my 2ww, not feeling very positive about this cycle though, I have tried softcups this cycle although they do freak me out a bit.

Soph, when I test early I squint and tilt the test every which way I can, go out into the sunlight...etc.... I am nuts! Along with Ejay, I am hoping it is just too early for you too see it and that it's just there waiting to start showing up.
I am glad, however, to hear that the students marks have been improving!!

I am so sorry about your boss and your job stressing you out. Surely that kind of stress isnt good for ttc. I hope everything pans out the way you want it to.
So softcups freak you ok eh??? I love them! They are so comfy, and I hate leakage....is it the size that bothers you??
