Woah... help :(

I'm feeling very very woozy, all that's happened in the last 10 minutes or so is some severe retching, now struggling to keep the room still, anyone else felt like this?

I had that exact same feeling several nights ago. It was right before bed, so I laid down and waited for it to pass, then went to sleep. I suffer from vertigo a few times a year, but it is usually much more severe than what I felt this week, so I am sure that was from being preggers. It is a lousy feeling but passed quickly. Hope you feel better!
