This is woman wit PCOS

Has anyone ever tooken herbal medicine to help conceive. If so what kind what dose how long before conception how long before started working.

Vitex! Took it a month and a half before I got my BFP! 1600mg/day and I'll continue through the first tri . I'm convinced it wouldn't have been possible without it since my last cycles were 80 days (annovulatory) and then 50 days (started vitex during that cycle it made me O and brought AF within 3 weeks). This cycle it made me O Cd20 (a bit late, but better late than never or really late!)

Yup, vitex/agnus castus! I had 50/60 day cycles, took AC for 3 months before TTC and within a month I was having 28/29 day cycles. We got a BFP 6 week after we started TTC #1! X
