Working out :)

Do you work out on a regular basis during pregnancy (if you aren't high risk/on bed rest of course)?

I try to do half an hour on the mini stepper, or a prenatal yoga video or about half hour of toning exercises 5 to 6 days a week.

Are you making it a habit to work out? If so, what kind of activities are you doing to stay active?
 
I am walking alot and try to go on my cross trainer when i can. As i get bigger i then plan to go swimming.
 
I am going to the gym three times a week.
Usually there about 45 mins - hour.
Does anyone know if we're ok to carry on with moderate exercise at gym into third tri?
I'm 27 weeks this weekend.
 
I walk atleast a mile or more 4-5 times a week. If I have the energy and the weather is good then I try to do more. But I feel better doing something rather than nothing. And light walking has been perfect for me. I also noticed if I dont go walking for 2 or more days I have a hard time sleeping.
 
I'm walking a lot, 90-120 mins 5 days a week and I do prenatal yoga one day a week. Sunday's I have off :)
 
I walk 25-50 minutes a day, this is to get to and from work and sometimes varies depending if I get a lift to work : / been trying to get my arse to the gym but just have no motivation its the pits!! : (
 
I am still going strong with my workout regimen. I am a group fitness instructor and here is my workout week: 7 zumba classes, 2 yoga classes, 1 pilates and 1 body sculpting class.

It is funny to hear some ladies that come to my classes. They work extra harder because they don't want to get bitten by a pregnant lady :haha:.

I have to say though that I do enjoy my Fridays and Sunday's when I can just lounge on the couch.

Wow you girls are good! Ive done 2 1hr walks and I'm 21 week...:blush:
 
Yea I have a treadmill at home and weights and everything. I bought them so I wouldn't have to wake up at 4 am anymore and go to the gym every morning before working 10 hours like I did before I was pregnant! It's much easier to just do it from home :)
 
Im still working out 6 days a week. still lots of cardio and weights(just lighter than pre pregnancy) It makes me feel better. :)
