Worried About Ethans Eyes

I wrote a thread a few weeks back expressing concern about Ethans eyes, what's now noticeable is that his right eye seems to move uncontrollably like it's twitching.
I've booked an appointment at the doctors on Wednesday and will hopefully be referred to the Optomologist (sp?) so we'll hopefully find out whats wrong, if theres anything at all wrong. Just doesn't seem right that his eye keeps moving like the way it does.
Does anyone have experience with this kind of thing? Did it turn out to be anything wrong? If there was something wrong, was it treatable?

Do you mean the eye is moving around as in looking at things without the other doing the same or is it more like the eyelid twitching?

The eye is moving around as in looking at things...etc!

It's like I'm holding something up in front of him and waving it side to side really quickly.

Aisling's eye didn't wander quite to that extent or that quickly really. Depending on how tired she is though, her right eye will be looking at something totally different to her left eye. She does have a condition where she's blind in her right eye so as a result the right eye is lazy and doesn't always stay on track with the left one.

The usual treatment for a lazy eye is patching or glasses. The treatments don't work for Aisling because she doesn't have sight in the eye so we'll be looking at surgery when she's older to sort out the cosmetic end of things.

Try not to worry too much about it, they tend to be lovely for the appointments

My brother had that and it was diagnoses as 'lazy eye' and he needed a patch to wear for a few hours a day when he was about 2 but this was 30 years ago
